d1a5557f72 Extract behavior-only hypr configs into base layer 
animations, keybinds, workspaces, monitors, input, autostart,
windowrules, and defaults are layout/behavior files that should not
change between themes. Moving them to themes/base/ so dm always links
them regardless of which theme is active.

b043d2807d Migrate from stow to dm theme manager 
Move all config files from .config/ into themes/dracula/.config/ so the
dm tool can manage them as file-level symlinks. Removes .bak file.
